Mama’s recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 thinly sliced onions
  • butter
  • bouillon water or a cube in 800ml
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

You sauté them in some butter until transparent slightly golden Add some bouillon powder or cube with water (800 ml) I pressure cook it so it’s faster. Otherwise let it simmer until the onions are soft I blend it all Add milk and a bit of cream Adjust the taste
