Blueberry muffins

Scrumptious, especially warm!

Reminds me of Crassier, when we used to prepare these outside on the patio when it was warm before popping them in the oven. My aunt’s recipe.

Ingredients (cups)

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150 gs unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups blueberries

Method

  1. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat butter until cream in colour
  3. Add eggs slowly and vanilla
  4. Add sour cream.
  5. Fold in two cups of blueberries
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 min.
